We’re proudly based in Riverside, California, and have been serving our community for over 25 years.

Do you have a minimum order?
Minimums vary by service:

Screen Printing: 12 pieces minimum

Embroidery: 6 pieces minimum

Wide-Format Printing: No minimum — we can handle one-offs like signs or banners.

How do I get a quote?

What’s the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is about 7–10 business days from artwork approval and payment. Rush services may be available — just ask!

Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes! We’ll send you a digital proof to approve before anything goes to production.

What kind of artwork do you need?
For best results, we prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). If you don’t have this, we can help you recreate your design for a small fee.

Can you help with design?
Absolutely — our in-house design team can help you bring your vision to life or tweak your existing artwork to make sure it prints perfectly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and company purchase orders for approved accounts.

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes — we require payment before production begins to keep everything on track.

Do you ship orders?
Yes! We offer local pickup at our Riverside shop or shipping within the U.S. Just let us know your preference when you order.

Can I reorder the same design later?
Of course! We keep your artwork on file to make reorders quick and easy.
